About Me

I am passionate about the power of storytelling and compassionate healing. I have a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing, a Master of Science in Counseling, and I am in my final year of earning a PhD in Psychology. My approach to therapy is a unique fusion of creativity and clinical expertise. My path to becoming a clinician began with a fascination for human experiences and genuine empathy for people facing difficulties and trauma. I recognized my calling to help others while on my own path of healing from childhood trauma, and my approach is not just about solving problems; it's about self-discovery, growth, and healing. I utilize a person-centered, holistic and trauma-informed approach. I incorporate creative expression, mindfulness-based practices, and the principles of polyvagal theory into helping people find their own path to well-being through discovering and harnessing their own transformative power. I am trained in EMDR, HeartMath, hypnotherapy, DBT & sylvotherapy. I believe each person possesses the inner strength and resilience needed to overcome challenges, create meaningful transformations, and live a life aligned with their values and aspirations. By embracing your journey and the power you hold within, you can step into a future filled with personal growth, fulfillment, and the realization of your true potential.
