I hold a certificate in Brainspotting in addition to my certification in EMDR. I also have an advanced certificate in Logotherapy from the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy. I bring over 25 years of clinical experience and integrative approach with applications in EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT and logotherapy. I work with trauma, anxiety and depression. Extensive experience supporting clients with traumas related to life-threatening food allergies; perinatal loss; sexual assault; and existential challenges often found in gifted and high ability populations.
