About Me

I am a native San Diegan providing teletherapy for clients in both California and New York with plans to open an in-person practice in the future. I have worked in emergency, inpatient and outpatient settings and enjoy the balance of both hospital-based and private practice work. My experience in both medical and mental health fields has emphasized the intimate connection between the mind, body and emotional centers of each individual. I tailor evidence-based therapeutic approaches that value all the wisdom they have to offer. When not in practice, I enjoy all the great outdoors that San Diego has to offer. I love to travel to both new and familiar places and savor opportunities to learn or experience something new - I'm forever thankful that there's an endless supply at hand.
