About Me
I have worked in a variety of settings over the years and am currently in private practice. I am certified in EMDR and am now a Consultant in Training. I work mainly with adults dealing with depression, anxiety and addictions as well as couples and families.
Education & Experience
I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling in 2009. I have worked in a variety of settings including a crisis hotline, private practice, substance abuse treatment and mentor to homeless teenage girls. I have a background with at-risk male youth and young fathers in East Harlem. I have also done volunteer work with a Native American tribe providing counseling and resources to the community.
