About Me

Dr. Dragonette has been a mental health practitioner for over 20 years, with expertise in relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma. She has deep experience utilizing ACT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, and Mindfulness-Based treatments. When not seeing individuals and couples in my private practice, she trains and supervises other therapists in these specialties throughout the United States. Dr. Dragonette is trained in EMDR and conduct individual EMDR therapy sessions in her office or via telehealth. In addition, she is Certified in Integrative Medicine and Nutrition for Trauma Treatment and trained as a yoga teacher. When working with couples, Dr. Dragonette utilizes her training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy to conduct a thorough assessment, provide comprehensive feedback, and provide a foundation for our treatment together. She is also a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) and can provide Integrated Sex and Couples Therapy. Dr. Dragonette has worked in large healthcare settings in clinical, leadership and teaching positions, oversaw numerous residential treatment facilities for adolescents and young adults as the Founding Executive Director for Newport Healthcare in Northern California.
