Education & Experience

I earned a B.S. from Cornell University and an MSW in Social Work from Fordham University. I worked in school settings for the first part of my career and gained extensive experience working with adolescents and families. I also work with adults in private practice. I have experience with grief, major life transitions, divorce, anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma.
