Hello! My areas of expertise include helping adults (ages 18+) who are seeking therapy for: anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship concerns, stress management, support with making health behavior changes (e.g., sleep, nutrition, physical activity, substance abuse), college/graduate mental health Using an evidence-based, integrative approach to psychotherapy, I utilize skills-focused therapies (such as CBT and DBT) combined with a strong Psychodynamic (insight-oriented) framework. I am also trained in EMDR, which is a helpful tool for processing traumatic memories.
