I am a northeast transplant originally from the midwest. I am a wife, mother and dog owner who enjoys being outside whenever possible. I am committed to helping my adult clients find their happiest, healthiest, fulfilled selves and relationships with insight-oriented work, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and EMDR. I offer in person and tele-health access to care.
