About Me
My work is about fostering connection, healing, and transformation. I create a safe space to engage in a real and honest exploration of the challenges you’re experiencing, provide you with tools, and empower you to make changes in how you experience yourself and others. I treat various forms of trauma, including sexual and physical violence, relational trauma, complex trauma, and trauma associated with infertility, pregnancy loss, and childbirth.
Education & Experience
I am a licensed psychologist with 18 years of experience. My training includes inpatient eating disorder treatment where I developed expertise in eating disorders, body image, and trauma. I have over 13 years of experience in college mental health, where I further developed my specialty in trauma and sexual violence. Since entering private practice, my specialties include infertility, pregnancy loss, and perinatal support in addition to trauma.
