About Me
I have been an EMDR therapist for almost 20 years and a consultant with EMDR for ten. I am passionate about this miraculous work which I have had the grace to witness save the lives of hundreds of my clients.
Education & Experience
EMDR has been my primary modality for almost 20 years. I am an EMDR Consultant/mastery level EMDR certified therapist who provides therapy plus helps EMDR therapists in training become certified. I have a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, an MA in Counseling Student Personnel Psychology (both from the U of Minnesota) and a Masters of Divinity. I have worked with hundreds of clients, helping them heal completely from trauma. Healing childhood neglect/abuse/attachment issues, and clearing parental/ancestral dysfunctional patterns are two of my specialties. I am also a CA Board-Approved supervisor for therapist interns. I work exclusively online.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I have volunteered in dozens of jails and prisons as a grief and loss practitioner, as well as teaching my forgiveness protocol, the Namaste Dialogues, around the world. I have volunteered extensively as a death and dying midwife, most recently for a number of years at the Tara Home Hospice, Land of the Medicine Buddha, Soquel, CA.
