Western Psychotherapy meets Eastern Energy Healing! Jennifer is a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Canadian Counsellor, Psychotherapeutic Energy Healer, and Intuitive Life Coach. Jennifer is the founder of My Holistic Self Counselling, Becoming the Passenger Consciousness, and Perpetual Wonderment Ministries. She is a speaker, author, and teacher, internationally recognized for her work in the field of mental health. Having started in the mental health field in 2000, Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience and spiritual journeying to her holistic practice. This experience gives Jennifer a unique understanding of the human psyche as it relates to vibrational energies, both internal and external, which she incorporates to support a fully holistic healing experience for her clients.
Education & Experience
Jennifer takes an integrative approach, guiding clients to focus on mindfulness, acceptance, values and commitment, helping them move towards finding and living authentically. Through empathy, acceptance and genuine care, you learn to take control of your life and work towards your goals. Jennifer has an eclectic background and combines her spiritual calling and attunements as an Energy Light Worker and her education and credentials as a Pastor, Registered Psychotherapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor, Intuitive Life Coach, EMDRIA approved EMDR practitioner, EFT/TFT practitioner, Integrative Human Design Coach, Therapeutic Art Coach and more, to create a holistic and unique healing approach for each client.
