I am passionate about supporting my clients' unique process of growth, healing, and connecting to new inner awareness. We will work collaboratively toward personalized goals that help you realize your fullest, most confident and embodied self. ​ My treatment approach draws heavily on my training in body focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness approaches, coaching, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. ​ Offering both in office and virtual appointments to fit your schedule.
