About Me

My approach with clients is collaborative, strength-based, and grounded in a therapeutic approach centering on kindness, acceptance, authenticity, and respect. In my practice I intentionally strive to create a space that is affirming for clients who identify as gender-diverse, LGBTQIA, non-monogamous, and neurodivergent. In addition to utilizing neurofeedback and EMDR, I also incorporate emotion focused and narrative therapies as well as somatic and mindfulness practices to support the nervous system's well-being.

Education & Experience

I received a Master of Education in Couples & Family Therapy from the University of Oregon in 2018. I spent the first four years following my graduate degree clinically working with couples, families, adults, teens and children in a community mental health setting before transferring to private practice. I in addition to be trained in EMDR I am trained as a neurofeedback clinician with the EEG Institute and have been providing clients with neurofeedback treatments since completing my instruction in 2019.
