About Me
It takes strength to be vulnerable and seek help. I am grateful you found me on your journey to change. I feel passionate about providing a safe space for nurturers to deepen self-love and cultivate resiliency. I am confident that by taking care of those who give, we can heal ourselves and our families as an offering to the collective. My approach is direct yet kind. I have embraced healing as a meaningful process and have a deep confidence that we can heal and transform our lives through facing our shadows, honoring our innate wisdom and living with joy. I am a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in life transitions. I value travel, community, exploration, and growth. I grew up in Fort Collins, and after many years away; have returned to the area to raise my family. I am a mother to two young energetic boys and have the honor of being a step-mother to a lovely teenage girl. I also have created a tarot deck (Tarot of Transcendence) as an offering to help others self heal. I believe in utilizing techniques that can authentically create healing and help clients thrive independently in their lives. Please reach out if you have any questions.
