About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, trauma, and grief. I provide EMDR therapy as a way for clients to heal from past traumatic experiences and symptom relief. My approach to EMDR is Mindfulness-Based. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is supportive as well as holistic in nature. I strive to assist clients with learning and implementing new tools in order to create positive life changes.
Education & Experience
I have over 20 years of experience as a Psychotherapist and Social Worker. I graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Social Work in 2004. I have worked in school and agency settings prior to opening my own practice. My EMDR training was completed in 2019 through The Institute for Creative Mindfulness.
