About Me
Hi and Welcome! My names is Jessica Ambroz and I am a therapist & licensed clinical social worker. My background includes working with trauma, child abuse, anxiety and depression. I have extensive work in the foster care system, parenting and working with substance abuse and mental health challenges.I find that we all can benefit from support, understanding our triggers and developing healthy coping strategies to thrive. Many have found my counseling manner to be kind, direct and motivating.
Education & Experience
My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma informed narrative therapy and understanding resiliency and core strengths. I also use Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR strategies.
