About Me
As your EMDR therapist, I will provide an empathic relationship in which we will navigate the unique experiences and emotions that bring you to therapy today. With adults and children alike, I employ a trauma- and Attachment Theory-informed approach to EMDR. With children and teens, I integrate EMDR with play/art/sand therapy techniques to support your child to process feelings, increase their emotional vocabulary, and develop positive coping skills. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is essential to change. Since each therapist has a unique style of relating, I encourage you to call or email me for an initial consultation to see if I can be a good fit for you.
