About Me

My clients often show up feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure of how to move forward in their relationships or life in general. Many of them have a hard time setting boundaries, tend to people-please, and carry guilt or shame that isn’t really theirs to hold. What they really want is to feel more grounded and connected. They want to stop second-guessing their needs and live with more ease and Self-trust. In our work together, I will provide a space where you can slow down and listen inward so you can heal, grow, and reconnect with who you really are. ​ I use brain and body-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Brainspotting, and traditional talk-therapy. I will tailor your treatment based on where you are in your journey and what goals you have. There may be times I suggest a modality that is new to you however will never expect you to do anything you are uncomfortable with. ​  I've been practicing EMDR since 2021 and have been an EMDR certified therapist since 2023. I specialize in trauma and  often support clients navigating, anxiety, depression, relationship and communication challenges, self-esteem struggles, and stress. My approach to therapy is holistic, meaning we’ll explore not just thoughts and emotions, but also the mind-body connection. This might include conversations around sleep habits, movement, nutrition, your physical environment, and other lifestyle factors that impact your overall well-being.
