About Me

My name is Jessica and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 14 years of experience. I specialize in treating adults with trauma and trauma related disorders, and I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. I regularly work with clients who have PTSD resulting from sexual abuse or assault, being in combat, or being the victim of a violent crime. I also see many clients who have not experienced life threatening situations, but are still struggling with trauma.
