About Me
Hi, thanks for taking the time to check out my profile! I provide EMDR and talk therapy to folks of color and QTBIPOC folks experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD/CPTSD, and/or grief and loss. I also support folks with identity integration and mitigating identity fragmentation experienced when navigating white supremacy and other systems of oppression. I utilize an anti-oppressive and decolonial therapeutic approach that supports folks in centering on their own internal wisdom, resilience, and healing. I work in collaboration and partnership with my clients - I'm not in charge, we work at this together! I utilize an eclectic range of modalities, mostly centering on EMDR, DBT-based mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and somatic work. Beyond individual therapy, I also provide group therapy for Filipina/x/o folks looking to navigate intergenerational trauma and family enmeshment, as well as family therapy for families of color.
