Online Therapy

About Me

I work alongside adults and teens, treating anxiety, chronic stress, sleep problems, history of trauma, and/or co-occurring medical conditions. Most of us don’t recognize the ways in which we might be holding ourselves back, whether it be due to anxiety, our relationship with food, or beliefs that we have taken on from others. I feel passionate about helping people tune into their own healing ability and break free from unhelpful patterns. My approach integrates EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based therapy that incorporates mind, body, and spirit.

Education & Experience

I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston and completed a pre-doctoral internship in Health Service Psychology at Harvard Medical School. Prior to opening my private practice, I worked in academic medical settings for 7 years where I gained experience helping individuals with psychiatric conditions, sleep disorders, and coping/adjusting to chronic medical conditions.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

I am a member of the American Psychological Association, National Register of Health Service Psychologists, and have been granted the authority to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology (APIT) under PSYPACT. My practice is 100% online and available to clients in 33 states and Washington DC.
