About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in the state of Colorado. I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville.

Education & Experience

I graduated with my Master of Science in Social Work from University of Louisville in 2017. My professional experience includes working in primary-care health clinics and schools. My experience in health care settings has taught me just how closely connected our mental, emotional, and physical health are, knowledge that I use to inform my work with clients. My time in a school setting has equipped me to provide a safe and accepting space to help teens through difficult seasons of life as well as work with the family to help everyone feel more supported at home. I also lived in Guatemala for a few years and speak Spanish. Although it is not my culture, I believe this experience has helped me better support my Latinx clients and families. I approach the therapy process with clients in a collaborative way. I trust the strengths and wisdom from life experience you already have, and I am here to support you with new tools and strategies of processing past trauma and moving confidently into your future.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

I have completed advanced training in perinatal and postpartum mood disorders through Postpartum Support International.
