About Me
Compassionate EMDR therapist helping adults heal from trauma, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and peace. I support individuals who feel stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by memories, or disconnected from who they were before trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying pain quietly — high-functioning yet struggling internally. Together, we create space to feel safe, seen, and grounded again. My work is rooted in EMDR therapy, mind-body awareness, and a trauma-informed approach that honors your pace and nervous system. Healing is not rushed or forced — it unfolds through attunement, resourcing, and reprocessing when you’re ready. You don’t have to carry this alone. There is room for your story, your emotions, and your hope. I offer in person therapy in Pasadena, CA, and virtual therapy sessions statewide in CA and AZ.
