About Me
I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds and in a variety of settings, from home-based services to intensive outpatient programs, supporting individuals navigating both mental health and substance use challenges. In our work together, I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and draw from a range of evidence-based practices, including EMDR, along with practical CBT- and DBT-informed skills, always tailored to what you need most. As a therapist with a personal connection to the first responder community my goal is to offer a safe, confidential, and understanding space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, build effective coping strategies, and use EMDR to help process and heal from traumatic experiences that may be keeping you stuck. I support individuals who are ready for positive change and want help building lasting skills to manage symptoms related to traumatic stress injuries, stress, anxiety, burnout, ineffective coping related to substance use, mood challenges, and personality-related patterns now and for the long term.
