About Me

Clients come to me with one or more of the following concerns: depression; anxiety or panic; bipolar disorder; feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day expectations; stress related to family or work; difficulty getting motivated to get things done; relationship concerns; setting boundaries; reacting to situations in unexpected ways; and adjusting to life transitions. My clients are looking for a safe, supportive environment where they can process their experiences and solve problems. Clients describe me as compassionate, nurturing, and empowering. Our work together will be a collaborative effort with you as the expert on your life. I have an MSW and a PhD in Social Work. I've been a licensed clinical social worker for 35 years. I've worked with clients in diverse settings including inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities. Currently, I work with adults in individual, outpatient psychotherapy.
