About Me

Jil Theryon, LICSW, LCSW, LCSW-C provides direct and action-focused care through evidence-based scientific care administered from a perspective of familiarity, approachability, and compassion. Her perspectives are culturally-informed, and she seeks to highlight individuals with respect to their environment at the personal and societal levels. She enjoys work with clients who are first-time therapy goers, are skeptical of the process, or clients who have not had effective therapeutic experiences in the past. She acknowledges how these circumstances can create additional barriers to healing and is motivated to help clients overcome these obstacles.
