About Me

Healthy, happy, free. Receiving my own EMDR therapy made this and so much more possible for me. Clients tell me that they've never felt so understood before. I teach people what their own bodies want them to know to be able to choose to feel better and better without me! I work intensively, i.e. three hours minimum. It maybe equivalent to months of weekly sessions. I augment this methodology with somatic techniques to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness having practiced and taught psycho-spiritual bodywork since 1995. The body never lies. Pain, emotions, sensations and disabling thoughts are workable edges - pathways to the roots of whatever is interfering with what is desired. Empathy guides us. You are always in authority.
