Ms. Jody Simpson, Registered Provisional Psychologist, MACP
(She/her)
About Me
As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, my journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to supporting individuals through trauma, growth, and resilience, particularly Public Safety Personnel, as my background is in Corrections. I practice from a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. I am also a certified EMDR™ Therapist, supporting clients in safely processing and healing from difficult experiences. My therapeutic style balances warmth, self-love, humour, and kindness with a direct and practical approach. My goal is always for clients to feel seen, heard, and validated, while equipping them with tools to move forward with resilience and compassion.
