About Me

I am an EMDR therapist committed to creating a safe, affirming space where clients can reconnect with their authentic selves. My practice is rooted in a neurodivergent-affirming lens, with a focus on supporting individuals living with trauma and complex PTSD (CPTSD). I specialize in working with people who identify as autistic, ADHD, highly sensitive, or who have often felt “different” in how they process the world. A central part of my work is adapting EMDR to meet each client’s sensory needs. This may include adjusting pacing, modifying methods of bilateral stimulation, or creating a soothing environment that supports nervous system regulation. By tailoring the process in this way, clients are able to engage in trauma work with greater comfort, safety, and agency. In our work together, I integrate somatic awareness and IFS-informed approaches to help you process trauma at a pace that feels safe and empowering. My goal is not just symptom reduction, but supporting you in reclaiming your sense of self, nurturing resilience, and creating new ways of relating to yourself and others.
