Dr. John Tzanos, PhD
About Me
I’m a licensed psychologist who helps adults navigate anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions with clarity and direction. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches—EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to help clients move through stuck patterns and into more meaningful living. I aim to create a space that’s relaxed, focused, and deeply collaborative.
Education & Experience
I hold advanced graduate training in psychology and currently offer telehealth services to adults in California, Colorado, and Florida through my private practice. My approach blends EMDR, ACT, ERP, and CBT to meet each client’s unique needs.
