Jonathan Stevens, LMSW
(He/Him)
About Me
“I chose to become a therapist because I believe healing is possible, even in the aftermath of deep pain. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach that honors the strength it takes to survive and the courage it takes to seek support. I understand that trauma can shape how we see ourselves, others and the world—and that healing requires safety, trust and compassion. Whether we’re working through anxiety, grief, complex trauma, or identity exploration, my goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel empowered to reclaim your voice and rewrite your story.”
