About Me

I have been practicing as a licensed therapist for over 17 years. As a multiracial (Japanese, Mexican, and Native American) female, am open to and value different types of healing practices. I have curated what I have found to be the most effective and helpful healing strategies and offer such strategies to my clients. Amongst those strategies are EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, and Dialectical Behavior Theory (DBT) interventions. I am particularly interested holistic wellness and the blending of ancient traditional wisdom with cutting edge, evidenced-based practices.
