Judith Lambert is a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience. She is a Licensed Social Worker (LICSW) and is a Certified EMDR therapist. She became specialized in the treatment of trauma and PTSD starting in 2012, when working with veterans at the VA. She then completed training for EMDR in 2016, and since that time primarily does EMDR therapy with her patients. She works with adults (ages 21-65) with a variety of diagnoses (PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, sexual trauma, and adjustment problems). She works part time at Lifestance Behavioral Health in Bedford, NH, providing telehealth EMDR therapy. She encourages new patients to meet her at least once in the office, before continuing EMDR on line.
