About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, and I love connecting with people and using evidenced based interventions tailored to their individual strengths and needs.

Education & Experience

I have a Master's degree in Human Development (University of Georgia) and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (University of Central Florida). I am pursuing advanced certification in EMDR and have over 10 years of experience working in a hospital and 3 years in private practice. In these settings, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through chronic medical conditions and significant medical experiences, trauma, grief, loss, fear, attachment injury, anxiety, and depression.
