About Me
My approach to counseling focuses on creating a safe, accepting, and compassionate environment. I view counseling as a collaborative process; we’re in this together and we’re both here to work. With every client, I strive to understand the individual from a systemic perspective, acknowledging the social, cultural, and environmental factors that contribute to their personal health or distress. I enjoy providing EMDR therapy to help clients heal from big and small traumas, and create a more positive, authentic sense of self.
