About Me

I am a compassionate therapist with 15 years experience. My specialties include: complex trauma/dissociative disorders, addiction, chronic pain, relationships, and mood/anxiety disorders. I am trained and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, although I am not a strict DBT therapist and use this to augment other therapies), and experiential therapy. My greatest ability is in connecting with my clients and creating a safe relationship to enable them to experience deep healing and become the best versions of themselves. I collaboratively work with my clients to establish a plan to accomplish their goals and include humor along the way. I am a spiritual person and love to incorporate this into the therapeutic process if this is important to my clients. I am a BIPOC and LGTBQIA ally. Currently, I am seeing clients through telehealth only (no in person sessions).

Education & Experience

Masters in Counseling Psychology Bachelors in Psychology/Sociology Experience in inpatient, residential, emergency department, partial hospitalization, Intensive outpatient and outpatient levels of care.
