About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals move through trauma toward healing, empowerment, and renewed self-worth. My clinical work is centered around trauma recovery, particularly supporting survivors of sexual violence, complex PTSD, and developmental trauma. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to the therapy space, meeting each client with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for their unique journey. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach that integrates EMDR therapy with other trauma-informed modalities. Whether clients are seeking relief from flashbacks and anxiety or looking to reconnect with their inner resilience, I tailor our work together to support their goals and pacing. My practice also includes a focus on marginalized and underserved populations, with a strong commitment to cultural humility and inclusive care.
