About Me

I have been trained in EMDR since Jan 2014 and have built a group practice around EMDR because I find it the most transformative therapy model. I only take clients for EMDR hourly or 90 min session or for EMDR Intensives. As a Certified EMDR therapist since 2022 I continue to exceed continued training credits because I frequently find myself in a new training. My areas of strength include: EMDR 2.0, Dissociation/ego state work (IFS, DNMS, Progressive Approach), OCD work (Distancing Technique/FlashForward) and working with First Responders, Abuse Survivors, CPTSD and Anxiety Disorders. As a Consultant in Training I lead a consulting group for new EMDR therapists or those wanting to restart/freshen their practice. In 2024 I will be adding the options for psychedelic assisted therapy for additional health.
