About Me

I am an AASECT certified sex therapist who specializes in relational and sexual intimacy. I use a variety of modalities to support clients but rely heavily on EMDR and IFS to untangle the most deeply rooted knots in a client's psychological systems. I come to the practice of therapy with a great deal of authenticity, compassion, gentleness and leadership. Along with sharp clinical attunement, I have the ability to hear clients using both my intellect and heart. I am always hard at work in my own personal development journey and desire to partner with others as they commit to emotional sobriety.
