About Me

Kaila Bellinghausen (she/her), M.S., is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist™ who works with clients ranging from age 3 to adulthood and holds certifications in both EMDR and TF-CBT. She provides faith-based counseling services, EMDR for children and adults, intensive EMDR sessions, and offers support to college students and young adults. With experience in a rape crisis center, a children's advocacy center, and private practice, Kaila is committed to meeting her clients' unique needs. She helps clients navigate attachment wounds and process traumatic experiences while integrating hands-on activities and their individual strengths to enhance the therapeutic journey.
