About Me
Hi, I'm Kate! I'm a licensed clinical social worker, trauma-informed therapist, lifelong learner, and high-achieving creative. I'm passionate about helping perfectionistic, high-achieving, and self-aware women, mothers, and mental health professionals find self-trust, confidence, and reclaim their vitality & peace. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by daily life and are exhausted from trying to hold it all together. At the heart of my work is a deep love for helping people reconnect with their authentic selves & begin to believe in their capacity to heal. I work with those navigating anxiety, sensory overwhelm, imposter syndrome, depression, & complex or relational trauma. Together, we'll explore the roots of your pain, not just the symptoms, & help you reconnect with a sense of safety, emotional regulation, & wholeness. I help you understand & build a relationship with yourself that feels grounded and kind. My approach is relational, person-centered, & rooted in deep connection. We’ll move at a pace that honors your needs and your nervous system, incorporating tools such as EMDR, IFS, somatic work, and mindfulness along the way. If you are looking for a collaborative and compassionate approach to healing, consider scheduling a free 15 min consultation today.
Education & Experience
I obtained my Bachelors of Social Work from Colorado State University (Go Rams) and Masters of Social Work from Metropolitan State University. I worked in multiple roles under a non-profit from 2019-2024, including peer specialist, school therapist, and integrated primary care therapist. In September of 2025, I started my own private practice in Arvada, CO.
