About Me

Having had my own experiences with life's turbulences and their impact on mental health, I can understand what it is like to feel like you're always fighting an invisible battle. I believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to feel and do better - to be the best version of themselves - and I am grateful to be able to guide people on that journey!

Education & Experience

Originally from Upstate New York, I moved to the Midwest and graduated with my M.Ed in Mental Health Counseling from Wichita State University in 2020. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor currently working toward clinical licensure. I have a wealth of experience working with a variety of client populations and treating a variety of mental health needs including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other trauma-related conditions. I am also trained in and qualified to provide Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy. I am passionate about helping people identify their strengths and overcome challenges, both internal and external, in order to help them live life to the fullest and reach their fullest potential. If you’re ready to do the work, I am ready to guide you in your journey!
