About Me
I am a licensed therapist (LICSW) in Washington State who is deeply passionate about the wellbeing of individuals, families, and communities. I specialize in providing trauma-focused accompaniment with diverse individuals, and much of my practice has been in Spanish-speaking communities both in Latin America and in the United States. I bring deep compassion as well as joy into the therapeutic space, believing fully in the capacity of individuals to find healing within themselves, especially when given a safe enough space and some supportive tools. I am here to listen and accompany you to not only meet immediate needs but also to discover new possibilities and long-term flourishing.
