About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Perinatal Mental Health professional (PMH-C) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma, grief, and life transitions. My clinical foundation was shaped by years working in a Level IV NICU and one of the nation’s leading birthing hospitals, where I supported families facing high-risk pregnancies, birth trauma, and neonatal loss. Since then, I’ve continued to focus on perinatal mental health, offering therapy through platforms like Maven Clinic and Octave before founding Flourish, a private practice devoted to serving people navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and loss. My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I combine emotion-focused theory, CBT, parts work, and EMDR (trained through the Touchstone Institute) to help clients make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their inner strength, and move forward with clarity and self-compassion. I believe in creating a safe space where healing is possible, and where your story is honored every step of the way.
