About Me

I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and EMI (Eye Movement Integration) therapist, who provides a safe, nonjudgmental place to explore, discover/rediscover, and develop the adaptive coping that will allow you to be the best version of yourself. With 31 years of personal recovery & 17 years of counseling experience, it has been my life's mission to walk with, cheer for, and empower those who are lost, wounded, or who simply need support.
