About Me
I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and EMI (Eye Movement Integration) therapist, who provides a safe, nonjudgmental place to explore, discover/rediscover, and develop the adaptive coping that will allow you to be the best version of yourself. With 31 years of personal recovery & 17 years of counseling experience, it has been my life's mission to walk with, cheer for, and empower those who are lost, wounded, or who simply need support. It has been my life's mission. My purpose is to build-up, walk beside, challenge, and champion those who are broken and lonely, and for those who long for courage and hope.
