About Me

I’ve been working with people for as long as I can remember. This work is a part of my bones! Even at a young age, many people, teens and adults, turned to me as a person who would listen and be supportive. It brings me great joy to make sure people feel heard, understood, and supported—especially during times of great struggle. Using my training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and personal experience allows me to help you reach the life you deserve.
