About Me

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting and family support, body image and food issues, and military life support. I am a military spouse and have a special heart for helping other military families. I am trained in the Gottman Method of marriage therapy, certified in EMDR, and I specialize in using nutrition and integrative medicine to support the mental health of adults and children. I take a holistic approach to counseling, drawing from various theories and techniques in order to bring about understanding, wellness and balance. I am a Christian and rely on God as the ultimate Healer and Counselor.
