About Me

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and more. In-person sessions are available in San Diego, and online therapy is available for all residents of California. Therapy with me is a warm, non-judgmental space where you can heal from mental health challenges, move past anxiety, and build healthy relationships so you can live a more meaningful life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in personal experience. As someone who has personally faced challenges such as grief and eating disorders, I understand the importance of compassionate, non-judgmental support. My healing journey allows me to relate to my clients on a deeper level and has strengthened my commitment to helping others navigate their struggles. My goal is to develop a meaningful and trusting relationship that meets clients where they are at in life to help them identify goals, enhance skills, and make plans to address areas in need of self-growth.
