About Me
I am a licensed therapist trained in EMDR who works with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, relationship wounds, and the lasting effects of adverse or overwhelming life experiences. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to honor each client’s nervous system and readiness. I integrate EMDR with parts-based, somatic, and mindfulness-informed interventions to support healing that is both effective and sustainable. I place strong emphasis on safety, stabilization, and resourcing, helping clients build internal trust and resilience as they process distressing memories. I offer in-person and virtual sessions and work with clients who are seeking depth-oriented trauma therapy in a supportive, attuned therapeutic relationship.
Education & Experience
I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with dual training in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling. I am EMDR-trained and have education in trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and the Gottman Method (Levels I & II). My clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families impacted by complex trauma, PTSD, developmental and relational trauma, domestic and sexual abuse, medical trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. I have extensive experience supporting veterans, military-connected individuals, and clients from diverse and marginalized backgrounds. My work is grounded in nervous-system-informed care, with an emphasis on safety, stabilization, and integrative trauma processing.
