About Me

I am a NJ- based licensed therapist. Much of my work is centered around trauma, working with survivors of interpersonal violence, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and intergenerational trauma. My approach is relational, culture inclusive, holistic, strength focused, and trauma informed. Clients would describe me as energetic, nonjudgemental, direct when needed, authentic, and positive.
